We are searching for someone who:

• Has a reputable legal background and professional experience of minimum 5 years in legal advisory
• Has relevant expertise in M&A, banking & finance, capital markets, corporate & commercial, regulatory & compliance
• Is knowledgeable of international and EU legal standards, best practices and precedents
• Displays capabilities of business development and strong management skills
• Is ready to work in an international multi-disciplinary environment
• Has an excellent command of professional English
• Professional knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
• Is an IT literate
