neplata factura de vodafone

Hello,

in april 2015 I took an abonement from vodafone with a phone, I have payed in advance some of the money. nowdays, I got an sms that I have to pay my monthly fees. in which I'm not able to pay. is there a posibility to cancel the contract? is this will affect me? will they take it to court?
